THE DAILY PLANET ~ SUNDAY JANUARY 2ND: A Blessed New Moon in Capricorn to All! 

The day begins with Mercury the messenger, leaving Capricorn, putting on his winged sandals and gliding into the liberating air currents of Aquarius where he will retrograde mid month. Mercury will be inspiring us to seek a higher perspective as we free ourselves from falsehoods that imprison us. Mercury will retrograde back into Capricorn late in the month echoing the theme of Venus in Capricorn, who is busy inspiring a foundational review of our deepest and most beloved commitments. Mercury will lift us to a higher perspective, inspiring us to connect with authentic ideas before backing into Capricorn where he will help us to deeply restructure ideas, goals and executive projects.

Later today at 1:33 PM EST, Luna begins the first new cycle of the New Year. The New Moon, initiates her journey through executive Capricorn, inspiring us to step into our executive authority and commit to the goals we are clear about. The Capricorn Sun and New Moon will be joining Venus retrograde and Pluto, who are traveling hand in hand in the later degrees of Capricorn inspiring a deep transformational review and restructuring of our serious long term commitments.
